This paper is a Research Proposal that showcases my ability to identify and develop a complete and relevant research proposal, including conducting a thorough and complete literature review, identifying the relevant data from each study, ultimately identifying a paucity of understanding in the field. This research proposal and the course Research Methods and Program Evaluations provided me with a skill set to be selected by one of my esteemed professors to join his research team.
Mental Skills Training Curriculum: Part VIII Performance States
This is Part VIII of my MST Curriculum: Performance States, which showcases a glimpse of my full evidence-based curriculum on the various mechanisms and methodologies for achieving performance excellence. My full comprehensive evidence-based curriculum provides the understanding of the integral role and mechanisms for effective application of the following mental skills training facets, including routines, self-talk, goal setting, mental resilience, focus, concentration, and managing distractions, imagery and visualization, handling performance errors and setbacks, and assessments, and technology. My curriculum also, provides worksheets for each mental skills training component, providing reflective practice to support deeper learning and greater comprehension of the concepts to support the optimal application for all individuals, teams, and groups.
Applied sport Psychology Final Examination
This final exam showcases my ability to effectively navigate various, diverse client backgrounds and presenting challenges to efficaciously develop appropriate intervention plans that would support their achievement of performance excellence, as well as illustrates my comprehensive understanding of the integral concepts of sport and performance psychology. I received a 100% score on this final exam for my thorough application and clear understanding of these integral concepts in sport and performance psychology provided in this course.
